DynaBoard provides tools for team collaboration, including real-time creation and editing of notes, diagrams, content, task boards, and visual layouts. The service supports flexible data structures, visual organization, and granular access controls. The service is intended for lawful use only and may not be used for activities that violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of third parties

Users are fully responsible for all notes, diagrams, content, and other information created and processed using the DynaBoard service. Users agree to: use the service only for lawful purposes; refrain from posting unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing content; ensure the security of their credentials and prevent unauthorized access; avoid actions that could disrupt the service or compromise the security of other users’ data

Any copying, modification, distribution, or other use of service components without prior written consent is prohibited. Users retain all rights to the content they create (notes, diagrams, boards, etc.)

SQILSOFT acts as a data processor, performing technical and infrastructure functions and ensuring data security within the scope of its responsibility

DynaBoard allows project owners to invite other users for shared viewing and editing. Project owners are responsible for selecting participants and setting access levels. Invited users agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Project owners may modify or revoke access at any time
