1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy governs the processing and protection of personal data of users of the DynaPay service (payment module, payment processing, integration with banks and payment systems). We respect the right of users to privacy and are committed to ensuring data protection in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus as well as applicable international data protection standards. Use of the DynaPay service constitutes the user’s consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy

2. Data Collection

When using the DynaPay service we may collect technical data including IP address, browser type and version, device information, and operating system solely to ensure proper functioning and security of the service. During registration, setup of the payment module, configuration of integrations with banks and payment systems, users provide data such as name, company name, email address, phone number, bank account details, and data necessary for integration with external systems (API keys, endpoint addresses, identifiers, merchant IDs). As part of payment processes, data entered by users or transmitted from external systems may be processed, including payment information, transaction details, and payment statuses. All data is collected only to the extent necessary to provide the functionality of the DynaPay service

Collected data is used to provide access to the functionality of the DynaPay service, configure and process payment operations, handle transactions, integrate with banks and payment systems, and communicate with users including technical support. Data is also used to analyze service performance, improve payment stability, security and quality, as well as to develop and enhance functionality. Data processing is carried out solely for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

Processing of personal data is based on the user’s consent, the conclusion and performance of contractual obligations, and in other cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Belarus

Personal data is stored on secure servers operated by SQILSOFT located in Grodno, Republic of Belarus. We apply modern technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to data is granted only to authorized personnel who are bound to maintain confidentiality and use the information solely within the scope of their job duties

6. Data Retention Periods

Personal data is processed and retained no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of processing or until the user withdraws consent, unless otherwise required by law

7. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

We do not transfer users’ personal data to third parties without their consent, except as expressly provided by law. When engaging partners or subcontractors (including banks and payment systems), access to data is granted only to the extent necessary to perform their functions, subject to confidentiality requirements and ensuring an adequate level of data protection

Users have the right to request information about their personal data, request correction, updating, or deletion of such data, restrict data processing, and withdraw previously given consent. Users who use DynaPay to process third-party data (including payer data) are responsible for respecting the rights of such persons. User requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with legal requirements
