1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy governs the processing and protection of personal data of users of the DynaMail service (email campaigns, transactional emails, contact segmentation, API for integrations). We respect the right of users to privacy and are committed to ensuring data protection in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus as well as applicable international data protection standards. Use of the DynaMail service constitutes the user’s consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy

2. Data Collection

When using the DynaMail service we may collect technical data including IP address, browser type and version, device information, and operating system solely to ensure proper functioning and security of the service. During registration, setup of email campaigns, contact segmentation, and integrations, users may provide data such as name, company name, email address, phone number, as well as data necessary for integration with external systems (API keys, endpoint addresses, identifiers). As part of automated processes, data entered by users or transmitted from external systems may be processed, including contact details of email recipients (email addresses, names, tags, segments). All data is collected only to the extent necessary to provide the functionality of the DynaMail service

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Collected data is used to provide access to the functionality of the DynaMail service, configure and execute email campaigns, automate scenarios, segment contacts, send transactional emails (receipts, notifications, system messages), and to communicate with users including technical support. Data is also used to analyze service performance, improve email delivery stability, security and quality, as well as to develop and enhance functionality. Data processing is carried out solely for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

Processing of personal data is based on the user’s consent, the conclusion and performance of contractual obligations, and in other cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Belarus

Personal data is stored on secure servers operated by SQILSOFT located in Grodno, Republic of Belarus. We apply modern technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to data is granted only to authorized personnel who are bound to maintain confidentiality and use the information solely within the scope of their job duties

6. Data Retention Periods

Personal data is processed and retained no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of processing or until the user withdraws consent, unless otherwise required by law

We do not transfer users’ personal data to third parties without their consent, except as expressly provided by law.
