Terms of use
1. General provisions
These Terms of use govern the rules and conditions under which users may access and use the DynaCRM service. By using the service, the user fully agrees to these Terms. Any violation may result in restricted access or termination of use
2. Scope of services provided
The DynaCRM service provides tools for managing customer relationships, including maintaining a database of contacts and companies, managing transactions and a sales funnel, setting tasks and monitoring their completion, scheduling meetings and calls, generating sales and manager performance reports, as well as integration with external systems (telephony, email newsletters, API services, etc. other solutions). The Service is intended solely for legitimate use and cannot be used for activities that violate applicable law or the rights of third parties
3. User Responsibilities
The User is solely responsible for the data, contacts, transactions and other information created and processed using the DynaCRM service. The User undertakes to: use the service exclusively for legitimate purposes; not to introduce or process illegal, malicious or infringing content of third parties; to ensure the safety of their credentials and prevent unauthorized access; not to take actions that could disrupt the functionality of the service or the data security of other users
4. Intellectual property
All software, architecture, interfaces, design and other elements of the DynaCRM service are the intellectual property of SQILSOFT. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service solely for its functional purpose for the duration of the contractual relationship. Any copying, modification, distribution or other use of the service components is prohibited without the written consent of the copyright holder
5. Data processing and confidentiality
The use of the DynaCRM service involves the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. When using the service to process data from third parties (clients, contractors), the user acts as a data operator and is solely responsible for compliance with the legislation on personal data protection. SQILSOFT acts as a data processor and performs exclusively technical and infrastructural functions, ensuring data protection within its responsibility
6. Service availability
We strive to ensure stable and uninterrupted operation of the DynaCRM service, however, we do not guarantee its continuous and error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen disruptions may temporarily restrict access. SQILSOFT is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of such interruptions, except in cases of intent or gross negligence
7. Integration with third-party services
The DynaCRM service supports integration with external systems of the user’s choice (telephony, email newsletters, payment systems, API). The configuration and correctness of such integrations are carried out by the user independently. SQILSOFT is not responsible for the operation, security, availability and privacy policies of third-party services, as well as for the consequences of errors in integration settings
8. Limitation of liability
With the exception of cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, SQILSOFT is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the DynaCRM service, including loss of customer and transaction data, lost profits, suspension of business processes or reputational damage
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus. All disputes arising from these Terms or in connection with the use of the DynaCRM service are subject to resolution in the courts of the Republic of Belarus at the location of the defendant
10. Changing conditions
SQILSOFT reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions. The new version of the Terms and Conditions takes effect from the moment it is published on the service’s website, unless otherwise indicated in the text of the amendments. Continued use of the service after making changes means that the user agrees to the new version of the Terms
