DynaDoc provides tools for document automation, including the generation of Word, Excel, and PDF files through API integration. The service is intended for lawful use only and may not be exploited for activities that violate applicable legislation or infringe upon the rights of third parties
3. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents they upload or process through the service. They agree not to use the service to distribute unlawful, offensive, or harmful content. Users must ensure that their use of the service does not compromise its security or functionality
4. Intellectual property
All software, design, and content associated with DynaDoc are the intellectual property of SQILSOFT. Users are granted a limited, non‑exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution of the service’s components without prior written consent is prohibited
5. Data processing and privacy
Use of the service involves the processing of personal and technical data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using DynaDoc, users consent to such processing. SQILSOFT undertakes to protect user data in accordance with applicable laws and international standards
6. Service availability
We strive to ensure continuous availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily limit access. SQILSOFT is not liable for any damages resulting from such interruptions
7. Limitation of liability
SQILSOFT shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data, business interruption, or financial losses, except where liability is mandated by law
8. Third‑party integrations
The service may interact with external systems such as CRM platforms. Responsibility for the transfer and processing of data in such integrations lies with the user. SQILSOFT does not assume liability for the functioning or security of third‑party services
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures within the jurisdiction of Belarusian courts
