6. Service availability
We strive to ensure continuous availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily limit access. SQILSOFT is not liable for any damages resulting from such interruptions

SQILSOFT shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data, business interruption, or financial losses, except where liability is mandated by law
8. Third‑party integrations
