DynaCredit is a technological platform that provides:
For Banks: A tool for quickly connecting partners and receiving loan applications via MSP forms.
For Partners (Retail, E-commerce): A solution for integrating credit offers on their websites using ready-made banners and forms.
For End Users: The ability to quickly and conveniently apply for a loan directly on the partner’s website.
Important: DynaCredit is not a financial institution, credit broker, or lender. We do not make loan approval decisions, determine loan terms, and are not responsible for the actions of banks.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out the application.
Not use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Have the necessary legal status and be of the required age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
4. Loan Application Process
You initiate the process by clicking the «Apply for a Loan» banner on the partner’s website.
You fill out the MSP form, providing the required data and giving consent for its transfer and processing.
After submission, the form is automatically sent to the partner bank for consideration.
All further communication, including requests for additional documents, approval, denial, and loan disbursement, is carried out directly between you and the bank. DynaCredit is not responsible for decisions made by the bank.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Service, including design, logos, MSP forms, texts, and software, are the intellectual property of DynaCredit or our licensors and are protected by copyright laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an «as is» basis. We do not guarantee that:
The Service will operate uninterrupted and error-free.
Your loan application will be approved by the bank.
The loan terms offered by the bank will be favorable to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DynaCredit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or direct damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including lost profits related to a bank’s refusal to grant a loan.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
