All software, architecture, interfaces, design, and other elements of the DynaBPM service are the intellectual property of SQILSOFT. Use of the DynaBPM service involves the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users processing third-party data act as data controllers and are fully responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws. SQILSOFT acts as a data processor, performing technical and infrastructure functions and ensuring data security within the scope of its responsibility

We strive to ensure stable and reliable operation of the DynaBPM service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen failures may temporarily limit access. SQILSOFT is not liable for damages resulting from such interruptions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence
