Terms of Use
1. General provisions
These Terms of Use govern the rules and conditions under which users may access and use the DynaBPM service. By using the service, the user fully agrees to these Terms. Any violation may result in restricted access or termination of use
2. Scope of services
DynaBPM provides tools for modeling, automating, and managing business processes, including workflow configuration, data processing, integration with external systems (CRM, ERP, databases, API services, and other solutions), as well as process monitoring and analysis. The service is intended for lawful use only and may not be used for activities that violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of third parties
3. User responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for the data, content, and business processes created and processed using the DynaBPM service. Users agree to:
  • use the service only for lawful purposes;
  • refrain from processing or distributing unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing content;
  • ensure the security of their credentials and prevent unauthorized access;
  • avoid actions that could disrupt the service or compromise the security of other users’ data
4. Intellectual property
All software, architecture, interfaces, design, and other elements of the DynaBPM service are the intellectual property of SQILSOFT. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service solely for its intended purpose during the term of the agreement. Any copying, modification, distribution, or other use of service components without prior written consent is prohibited
5. Data processing and privacy
Use of the DynaBPM service involves the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users processing third-party data act as data controllers and are fully responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws. SQILSOFT acts as a data processor, performing technical and infrastructure functions and ensuring data security within the scope of its responsibility
6. Service availability
We strive to ensure stable and reliable operation of the DynaBPM service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen failures may temporarily limit access. SQILSOFT is not liable for damages resulting from such interruptions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence
7. Third-party integrations
DynaBPM supports integration with external systems selected by the user. Configuration and correctness of such integrations are the user’s responsibility. SQILSOFT is not responsible for the functionality, security, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services, nor for issues caused by incorrect integration settings
8. Limitation of liability
Except as expressly required by the laws of the Republic of Belarus, SQILSOFT shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the DynaBPM service, including loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, or reputational damage
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the DynaBPM service shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Belarus at the defendant’s location
10. Changes to Terms
SQILSOFT reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms. The new version of the Terms becomes effective from the moment of its publication on the service’s website, unless otherwise stated in the text of the changes. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes the user’s acceptance of the new version of the Terms
