This Privacy policy governs the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the DynaBPM service. We respect users’ right to privacy and undertake to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and applicable international data protection standards. Use of the DynaBPM service implies the user’s consent to the terms of this Policy

When using the DynaBPM service, we may collect technical data including IP address, browser type and version, device information, and operating system details solely to ensure proper operation and security of the service.During registration, business process configuration, and integration setup, users provide data such as name, company name, email address, phone number, and data required for integration with external systems (API keys, endpoint addresses, identifiers). Data entered by users or transmitted from external systems may be processed as part of automated workflows. All data is collected only to the extent necessary to provide the service functionality
3. Purposes of data processing
The collected data is used to provide access to the functionality of the DynaBPM service, configure and execute business processes, automate data processing and transmission, and communicate with users, including technical support. Personal data is stored on secure servers of SQILSOFT located in Grodno, Republic of Belarus. We apply modern technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to personal data is granted only to authorized employees who are required to maintain confidentiality and use the data solely within the scope of their official duties
6. Data retention period
Personal data is processed and stored only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, or until the user withdraws consent, unless otherwise required by law.
