1. General Provisions 

This Privacy Policy governs the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the DynaAssistant service. We respect users’ right to privacy and undertake to ensure its protection in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as applicable international standards in the field of personal data protection. Use of the DynaAssistant service implies the user’s consent to the terms of this Policy.

2. Data Collection

When using the DynaAssistant service, we may collect technical data, including IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, solely to ensure proper operation and security of the service. During registration, configuration of business processes and integrations, the user provides data such as name, company name, email address, phone number, as well as data necessary for integration with external systems (API keys, endpoint addresses, identifiers). As part of automated processes, data entered by users or transmitted from external systems may be processed. All data is collected only to the extent necessary to provide the service functionality.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

The collected data is used to provide access to the functionality of the DynaAssistant service, configure and execute business processes, automate data processing and transmission, as well as to interact with users, including technical support. The data is also used to analyze the service’s performance, increase its stability, security and quality, as well as to develop and improve functionality. Data processing is carried out solely for the purposes specified in this Policy.

4. Legal Grounds for Data Processing

Personal data processing is carried out on the basis of user consent, conclusion and performance of contractual obligations, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

5. Data Storage and Protection

Personal data is stored on secure servers of SQILSOFT company, located in Grodno, Republic of Belarus. We apply modern technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, modification, disclosure or destruction. Access to data is granted only to authorized employees who undertake to maintain confidentiality and use information exclusively within the scope of their official duties.

6. Data Retention Periods

Personal data is processed and stored no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purposes, or until the user withdraws consent, unless otherwise provided by law.

7. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

We do not transfer users’ personal data to third parties without their consent, except in cases expressly provided for by law. If partners or contractors are engaged, access to data is granted only to the extent necessary to perform their functions, subject to confidentiality requirements and ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

8. User Rights

Users have the right to request information about their personal data, demand its clarification, update or deletion, restrict data processing, and also withdraw previously given consent. Users using DynaAssistant to process third-party data are responsible for respecting the rights of such persons. User requests are considered within a reasonable time in accordance with legal requirements.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The new version comes into force from the moment it is published on this Site.
